Paid upfront via Stripe Payment Link. Payment must clear before Craig's calendar event is confirmed. Slot lifecycle: Craig creates slot → qualified buyer receives direct URL → buyer pays and books → slot locks. Unbooked slots auto-close after 48 hours.

Qualification Gate

One of three gates must clear before a booking URL is released. Qualification is auto-enforced at the application form — no human review needed for current clients or active Tier 3+ members.

Active MSA with Petronella Technology Group. System checks against CRM automatically; booking link issued on match.

Active Tier 3+ Member

Operator Council or Strategic Partnership member in good standing. Stripe subscription active-status is checked programmatically.

Outside Buyer Application

Complete the qualification application with a written outcome statement (what specifically you want from the session) plus a reference check. Team reviews; fit applicants receive the direct booking URL.

Session Recording By Default

Full Zoom recording shared within 24 hours unless you specifically opt out at booking. Recording is yours to reference, not Petronella's to republish.

48-Hour Follow-Up Packet

Team-drafted written summary, action plan with owners and dates, plus a curated resource packet (relevant templates, book excerpts, SOP links).

Prep Work Both Sides

You submit a structured intake 72 hours before the session. Petronella team pre-builds relevant materials so Craig's hour starts at the strategic layer — not the context-gathering layer.

FAQ

Can I reschedule a Private Session?
One reschedule allowed if you give 48-hour notice and Craig has an open slot on the new date. A second reschedule forfeits the fee. No-shows forfeit the full fee — no rebooking, no refund. If Craig must reschedule due to a genuine conflict, the session moves one time only; a second Craig reschedule refunds the fee in full.
What if Craig does not open any slots this month?
No refunds due and no obligation created until you actually pay and book a specific slot. Qualified applicants sit on the list until Craig opens matching availability. Tier 4 clients have first-right-of-refusal on weekly VIP coaching slots.
Do I get a recording?
Yes, by default. You can opt out at booking if the session involves sensitive material you do not want archived on either side.
Are guarantees offered on outcomes?
No. Session quality depends on attendee preparation. No outcome, revenue, compliance, or deal-acquisition guarantees are made or implied.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. 2-hour format: up to 2 additional attendees. Half-day: up to 3. Full-day: up to 5. Team attendance is common and encouraged for strategic sessions.
