Become a Petronella Partner for $0: refer clients or resell white label
Petronella Technology Group, Inc. offers MSPs a free partner agreement. There is no fee to join and nothing to buy. You sign one agreement and choose, when you sign, how you want to work client deals: refer them and earn a commission, sell our services under your own brand at a per-deal wholesale quote, or both.
Option A: Referral, 10% of services revenue
- You introduce the client. Petronella Technology Group, Inc. sells, contracts and delivers under its own name.
- You earn 10% of the services revenue we receive from that client during the first 12 months of the client's agreement. Fees for work our team performs count; hardware, third-party licenses, platform and pass-through costs do not.
- Commissions are paid within 30 days after the month we receive the client's payment, with a commission statement. The client must sign with us within six months of your approved deal registration.
Option B: White label, per-deal wholesale quote
- You sell under your own brand at the price you set. We deliver as your subcontractor, and you bill the client.
- Each deal gets a written wholesale quote, valid for 30 days. Your margin is the difference between your price and the quote. Fixed-fee work is paid 100% upfront when the order is signed; recurring work is billed in advance.
- The client stays with your MSP. We do not knowingly solicit a white-label client to replace you for the same services, during the agreement and for 24 months after it ends (the agreement lists the exceptions).
- Apply free. Send the one-form partner application and choose Petronella Partner.
- Fit review. Our team reviews every application within two business days.
- Sign the agreement. If it is a fit, we send the Partner Agreement for electronic signature. You elect referral, white label, or both when you sign.
- Register each deal. We approve or decline a deal registration within five business days. An approved registration protects the opportunity for 90 days and can be renewed while the deal is active.
The agreement runs for one year and renews automatically unless either side gives 30 days' notice. It is non-exclusive for both sides. Attestation letters, documents signed by a credentialed practitioner such as a CMMC Registered Practitioner, submissions to regulators or assessors, and Business Associate Agreements always carry the Petronella Technology Group, Inc. name.
