Common Questions

Is this the same as a C3PAO assessment?
No. A C3PAO conducts the official Level 2 assessment. We conduct a readiness gap analysis that prepares you for that assessment. CMMC rules require role separation.
Who delivers it?
Our CMMC-RP team: Craig Petronella, Blake Rea, Justin Summers, Jonathan Wood. Every engineer on our team is CMMC-RP certified.
What if we have 50 gaps?
Most clients do on first assessment. The report is designed to show you the 5-10 items that move the needle and the 30-40 that can be batched with low-cost tooling and documentation.
How does the pass-guarantee work exactly?
You execute our remediation plan in full and pass a pre-assessment dry run with us. If you then fail your C3PAO within 12 months on any item we scored Pass, we refund the assessment fee in full. Excludes scope outside the gap report and items we flagged as Gap or Needs-Doc. Full written terms at engagement kickoff.
Does this cover CUI boundary definition?
Yes. Boundary definition is a core part of the 110-control review — misdefined boundary is the most common first-assessment failure.
Can we expand to Level 3?
Level 2 is 99 percent of the defense industrial base. If you need Level 3 scoping, we'll recommend a partnership path with a specialized firm — no upsell.
