10 business days is tight on purpose — it forces us to be opinionated and forces you to give us uninterrupted access to your people. Longer engagements breed scope creep.
What if we already have a cloud AI deployment?
Perfect — we audit what you have, surface the risk exposure, and scope a private or hybrid path. Many clients keep cloud for non-sensitive workloads and migrate only what must be isolated.
Who delivers the engagement?
Two senior engineers, CMMC-RP certified. Craig Petronella (founder, CMMC-RP, CCNA, CWNE, DFE) joins kickoff and delivery. No offshore labor, no juniors.
Can the $7,500 credit toward a larger engagement?
Yes. If you upgrade to our $50,000 Private AI Prototype within 60 days of delivery, we credit $2,500 of the assessment fee toward the prototype engagement. Multi-quarter managed engagements are quoted separately.
