We are a long-standing Fortinet partner for next-gen firewalls and an active UniFi deployer for wireless, switching, and door access. We spec, license, and deploy the stack we actually run internally - including the radius, VLAN, and zero-trust policies that make it CMMC-ready.

Needs Intake
We capture workload, user count, compliance footprint, performance targets, preferred OEM, delivery window, and budget ceiling. If you have an incumbent vendor or standard, we respect it. If you have an RFP or spec sheet, we map against it line-by-line.
Quote and Engineer
Our engineers build the bill of materials, validate compatibility (chassis, PSU, cooling, PCIe lanes, network fabric), and surface the 3-year and 5-year TCO. You receive a line-item quote with two or three configuration options, not a single take-it-or-leave-it number.
Configuration
Once the PO lands, hardware ships to our staging facility. We image operating systems, flash firmware to a known-good baseline, provision TPM, enroll endpoints into MDM or RMM, apply hardening (CIS, DISA STIG, or CMMC-aligned), and label each asset for your inventory.
Logistics and Deploy
We coordinate white-glove delivery or on-site installation. For racks and network refreshes we cable, rack, and commission on-premises. For endpoints we drop-ship to user homes or offices. Each unit ships with a recovery image, license documentation, and an asset label.
Warranty Activation
We register serials with the OEM, activate warranty and service contracts (ProSupport, Premier, NBD, 4-hour, mission-critical), and load the entitlements into our tracking system. When a drive fails at 2 a.m., we know which SLA covers it before you open a ticket.
Lifecycle and Decommission
We track refresh cadence, surface end-of-support dates, manage RMA cycles, and handle secure decommission at end-of-life. Drives are sanitized to NIST 800-88 Purge, certificates issued, and recyclable components delivered to an R2v3 partner for chain-of-custody disposal.

Is Petronella a reseller or a consultant?
Both, intentionally. We engineer the design first - hardware, firmware, network fit, compliance posture - and then we execute procurement through authorized OEM channels and the NVIDIA Elite Partner Channel. You get a single partner for spec, quote, deploy, warranty, and refresh instead of a three-vendor relay.
Can you beat the price I already have from another reseller?
Often, yes. Send us the competing quote. We will re-spec it line by line, flag compatibility or lifecycle concerns, and come back with a transparent counter-quote. When we cannot beat a competitor's price, we say so - and we tell you why the number looks the way it does.
Do you procure outside the Raleigh-Durham area?
Yes. We ship to any U.S. address and have deployed gear across multiple states. On-site staging and deployment is available throughout North Carolina; for remote sites we drop-ship pre-configured hardware with remote-hands coordination included.
How do you handle allocation delays on NVIDIA and enterprise gear?
We quote realistic lead times up front - not best-case marketing numbers. When allocation slips, we surface it immediately and offer a substitute SKU at equivalent capability where one exists. Our Elite Partner Channel vendor relationships get us visibility into allocation queues earlier than most resellers.
Do you handle leasing and financing?
Yes. We work with OEM captive finance programs (Dell Financial Services, HPE Financial, Cisco Capital, Lenovo Financial) as well as independent technology lessors. We can structure 24, 36, and 48-month terms with fair-market-value or dollar-buyout options depending on your capital strategy.
What about secure disposal when gear reaches end-of-life?
We sanitize drives to NIST 800-88 Purge, produce a certificate of destruction per asset, and route the remaining chassis to an R2v3 recycler with chain-of-custody documentation. This is mandatory for HIPAA, CMMC, and financial services clients, and we extend the same discipline to every client.
