Common questions

Is the report templated?
No. Every diagnostic is scoped to your stack, your compliance posture, and your revenue model. We reuse our internal research framework, which is templated on purpose so we do not miss things, but the findings, rankings, and roadmap are written for your business. A healthcare practice and a defense subcontractor will receive completely different reports even if both pay the same $297.
Who writes the report?
A Petronella engineer, reviewed by Craig Petronella for compliance flags. We use AI tooling internally for research and draft acceleration, but no report ships without a human engineer signing off on every ranking and every roadmap line item. Do I get a custom NDA?
Yes on request. Our standard mutual NDA covers most engagements. If your legal team has a preferred form, send it at intake scheduling and we will execute before the intake call. For most mid-market engagements the standard form is executed digitally in under five minutes.
What if I want to skip the intake call?
We do not ship the diagnostic without the call. Forty-five minutes of structured intake is what makes the report worth reading. Skipping it would turn this into a generic scan output, and that is not what we sell.
What happens if you find nothing worth automating?
You still get the report. "No profitable automation candidates today" is a real finding and a valuable one. The report will tell you why, what needs to change internally before AI makes sense, and what to revisit in 12 months.
