Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Every paid course enrollment purchased from Petronella Technology Group, Inc. through the Petronella Training Academy is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course, and we refund the full price.

After 30 days from the purchase date, or once 25% or more of the course is completed, the enrollment is not refundable, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Free courses have nothing to refund and are not affected by this policy.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@petronellatech.com from the email address on your account, or call 919-348-4912, within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Include the course name and the email address you used at checkout so we can find the order.
3. We confirm the purchase date and your course progress, then issue the refund to the original payment method. Card refunds are submitted through our payment processor and usually post within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded course ends and any certificate for it is void.

How the 25% rule is measured

Course progress is the same number the academy shows on your dashboard: the lessons you have marked complete divided by the total number of lessons in the course, rounded to the nearest whole percent. A lesson counts as complete when you finish it in the course player. Time spent, quiz attempts, and lessons you have opened but not finished do not count toward the 25%.

Example: a course with 20 lessons is 25% complete once 5 lessons are marked complete. With 4 or fewer of those lessons complete (under 25%), the enrollment is eligible for a refund within the 30-day window.

Refund timing

• The 30-day window starts on the purchase date shown on your receipt.
• Your request must reach us within that window; we go by the date we receive it.
• Both conditions must hold at the time of the request: within 30 days of purchase and under 25% completed.

Technical issues on our side

If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing a course you purchased, contact support@petronellatech.com with your order email and the course name. We will fix the problem or refund you. This applies even if the issue arises after the 30-day window or after you have passed 25% of the course.

Pricing errors and suspected fraud

We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service, with a refund where appropriate, if a pricing error is identified or we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Team packs

A team pack is a block of seats for one course, redeemed with a single enrollment code. Team packs follow the individual-course guarantee, applied per seat. Within 30 days of purchase, seats that have not been redeemed are refundable pro rata: the pack price divided by the number of seats, multiplied by the unredeemed seats. A seat that has been redeemed follows the 25% rule for that learner: it is refundable within the same 30 days only while that learner has completed less than 25% of the course. After 30 days from the purchase date the pack is not refundable, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise. Refunding a redeemed seat ends that learner's access and voids any certificate for it.

Annual subscription

The first payment for an annual subscription is refundable within 14 days of purchase when no completion certificate has been issued on the account and fewer than 5 lessons have been marked complete across the catalog. A renewal payment is refundable within 14 days of the renewal date only if no lesson was completed since the renewal date. Subscriptions renew automatically for the period stated at purchase and may be cancelled at any time to stop the next renewal; cancelling does not refund the current period outside the windows above.

Corporate cohort

The corporate cohort is a services engagement delivered by Petronella Technology Group, Inc. under its own statement of work, not a self-paced course enrollment, and it is non-refundable. The terms shown at checkout or in the signed agreement for a cohort apply to that purchase.

The Petronella Technology Group, Inc. Terms of Use govern every purchase on this site and refer training course enrollments to this Refund Policy. The academy Terms of Service apply alongside it.
